I’m Kathy Baldwin, a podcaster who got tired of choosing between my voice and my energy. I host Unlearn the Crap & Level UP, and like so many women, I tried doing it all: recording, editing, writing, posting, tracking… and wondering why my show felt like a second job.
One night, after another “quick” edit turned into a 6-hour spiral, I said the quiet part out loud: This isn’t a time problem. It’s a system problem. I stopped looking for another VA and started building Finally—the backend I wished existed.
What changed for me
I record when I’m inspired; the rest runs without me.
My episodes publish on schedule, with social and email already queued.
I spend my energy on teaching, interviewing, and creating—not chasing files.
What I want for you
A podcast that feels light, consistent, and profitable—without needing a team.
Clear, simple steps you can trust every week.
A system that protects your creativity instead of stealing it.
If your voice is ready, your system should be, too.
A podcast automation system is a set of workflows that create assets, schedule publishing, and track leads so you can record once while 30+ backend tasks happen automatically. It replaces busywork with reliable processes so your show stays consistent without a team.
People need training, hand-offs, and oversight, systems don’t. A VA/agency = more management. A podcast automation system = repeatable outcomes (notes, clips, posts, emails, scheduling, KPIs) that run the same way every week. Many hosts keep a VA for human-only tasks (guest outreach, editing review) and let automation handle the rest.
No. Finally is a technically advanced podcast automation system, but our onboarding tech team handles your entire setup, workflows, integrations, templates, and routing, so you don’t have to. We connect to your existing tools, test the automations, and hand you a simple trigger: record and upload. From there, 30+ backend tasks run automatically. You get a brief orientation, ongoing support, and optional human-review steps. You focus on your podcast content and voice no team, no tech stress.
Yes. Finally is designed as an integrated system with SoulCast Podcast Studio and SoulSoftware backend business systems, and it also routes assets into the tools you already use—podcast hosts (Spotify for Podcasters, Libsyn, Buzzsprout), YouTube, your blog/CMS, email platforms (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Kajabi), and social schedulers. During onboarding, our tech team connects and tests these integrations so your produce → automate → amplify → monetize flow runs end-to-end.
Note: Because the workflow coordinates multiple services, a few third-party subscriptions are required to run the full system (e.g., Make for orchestration and ChatGPT for AI-assisted writing/generation). These are separate and not included in your Finally plan; we’ll recommend the lowest-cost tiers and connect your accounts for you.
Yes Podfade is a workflow problem, not a passion problem. Automation removes the manual bottlenecks that cause missed weeks and burnout, making consistency (and growth) much easier.
No. Your voice stays human. Automation handles repeatable tasks; you keep creative control. Templates are customized to your brand, and you can include optional human review steps anywhere you want.
By publishing everywhere on time with search-friendly titles, descriptions, transcripts, and links. Repurposed posts and blogs create more indexed entry points to your content, which compounds discoverability over time.
Yes. Automation embeds CTAs, collects leads, triggers email sequences, and tracks sponsor/partner placements and simple KPIs so your podcast becomes a business asset rather than a time sink.
Yes. You retain full ownership of your audio/video, files, and lists. The system routes assets into your accounts (host, YouTube, email, social). We respect privacy and only use the minimum permissions needed to run automations.
Most hosts feel time savings week one. Consistency and “everywhere publishing” show up immediately; discoverability and leads build over the next several weeks as content compounds.
That’s exactly what automation is for. With Finally’s Core Produce & Publish foundation, you can batch record and pre-schedule weeks (even months) of content so your show fits your lifestyle, not the other way around. If you step back, anything already scheduled keeps going. You can throttle or temporarily disable specific automations, then pick up right where you left off when you’re ready, no retraining, no rebuilding.
Finally is a one-time implementation, not a subscription. We design, build, and hand over your technically advanced automation system (integrated with SoulCast Podcast Studio and SoulSoftware backend systems). You own it in your accounts. There’s nothing to “cancel” the system remains yours and continues to run.
Note: To run the full system, you’ll maintain a few third-party subscriptions (e.g., Make for orchestration and ChatGPT for AI-assisted generation). Those are separate from Finally and can be paused, downgraded, or upgraded at any time. When you’re ready to grow, you can add Scaling Automations on top of the Core Produce & Publish foundation.
